She has been in showbiz for over thirty golden years. Having worked for Moving Being, Hijinx, Volcano, Theatrig a Brith Gof she went on to make her own work and toured a number of productions internationally. Stretching every sinew, she has made about twenty productions since 1993, some site-specific and some for theatre. Since 2010 she has also collaborated more and more with other companies such as Jo Fong, Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru, Marc Rees, National Theatre Wales and iCoDaCo. She choreographs for actors and has recently worked on productions by Arad Goch, Frân Wen and Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru (namely, Nyrsus and Tylwyth).

She won a Royal Television Society award for presenting in 1994, a  NESTA Fellowship in 2003 and a Creative Wales Award in 2010. The milk cheque (that is, a regular income) is earned with part-time teaching at Aberystwyth University where she is  Creative Fellow.
